Read MoreSo my neighbor built a second driveway in front of his home so that people can’t park on the street. This driveway literally only goes from the street to the sidewalk so it has to be a violation of the city’s right of way and was most likely done without a permit. On top of that he keeps an old broken down van parked in-between his two driveways. This is in the montrose area were street parking is crucial. Any ideas how i can report this through the proper channels? I tried navigating 311 but couldn’t find the right link.
