Is this a normal bill for Aqua Water Company?

I have gone through 4 billing cycles now for Aqua and each month it keeps increasing in price based on “water usage”. I live alone and yet I am paying 110m 114, 128, and now 134 for this upcoming bill. It says I used 8500 gallons of water? Also each bill has $63 sewer fee. That is insane!

Is this normal? I called Aqua and they’re sending a tech out to check my water meter, but I think it is working properly if I am honest…

I moved from Los Angeles and I never paid more than $50 a month for water.
