LF a cheap and gentle dentist. No income, no ID

Just as the title says, I have intense tooth and jaw pain on one side. I haven’t been able to eat for a day or two and ibuprofen does nothing. I have no insurance, no income, no ID (long story) I have some cash I have scrounged together and might be able to pull more from parents overseas but it wont be fast. I’m worried and in constant pain. Does anyone know somewhere where I can get this looked at and dealt with. More than likely needing a root canal. I’m in Cypress and can access anything in north west Houston.

Anyone used heal360 for covid testing?

I’m trying to get covid rapid testing before traveling to the virgin islands in a few weeks and seems like my insurance (Humana) will only cover CDC-recommended covid tests and not ones for travel.

Digging around I found heal360 which states they do covid testing completely free for everyone insurance or not, PCR or antigen testing.

It seems too good to be true but they didn’t ask for anything when signing up other than my name and drivers license # just trying to figure out more about this company but I can’t find much other than facebook posts and some yelp reviews — which all seem to be positive.

Anyone used (or know someone who did) heal360 off bellaire/hwy6 for covid testing before?
