The websites states that I don’t have to go to an office…but should I just go to the HHSC office? I just don’t want to waste my time and be turned away. All i want is the emergency benefits to buy food/groceries for my household and my mothers. Is there any other points of contact where I can reach someone about this??

The shop we bought the parts from was a mom-n-pop store that I think is in the 290/West region, maybe a little further in to town on 290. Pretty sure it was in a strip center and not a stand-alone building. Not a chain or large retailer (nothing like a Fry’s or Altex).
What was this shop named!?
It wasn’t PC Parts and Service (I would start working there in ’02). It wasn’t Directron or Bass. I remember the name was known among enthusiasts at the time, but for the life of me I can’t remember it … like a song you can only hear parts of in your head and hum along to it’s driving me crazy trying to remember this!
