Read MoreI have a neighbor that since he moved, he just let’s his dog out from his house to poop unleashed and the dog has came close barking at me more than once. A friend reported this once to animal control but nothing seemed to happened. The neighbors across from me, don’t even take their kids to play outside anymore for this same reason. I have a cat that is always trying to escape the house but only achieved it once, luckily the dog wasn’t outside. I know is not the dog’s fault of course.
