If you’re as disgusted as I am about how the Texans are handling the team, and especially if Deshaun Watson gets traded, let’s come together and hit ownership where it hurts….no tickets, no merch!

So, like hundreds if not thousands of us, I can no longer support this franchise. The only slimmer of hope I had was keeping Deshaun, literally the greatest hope this city has ever had at quarterback since Dan fucking Pastorini, but the ownership and front office incompetence has driven the thing we have coveted most away.

I’m pretty sure my first-ever reddit post was on this site. I’ve been an active member here for going on 7 years, and I’ve lived through a lot of down times with this team. And unfortunately the heights we experienced together never reached what we believed they could be. I love you guys, I love this mod team. I thank the mods for allowing me to make threads about meat smoking this year so we could discuss something other than the burning heap of garbage that was the 2020 Houston Texans.

This sub should remain for Texans fans. There will still be fans of this franchise moving forward, and this is their space to discuss. I don’t know what I’m going to do, I’ll root for Mahomes as a Texas Tech fan and for Watson wherever he goes, but one thing is for sure.

Jack Easterby and Cal McNair deserve each other and I hope they both rot in hell.

Been a Texans fan all 18 years of my life, and this is where the buck stops. I love watching the NFL and always have. But I’m done with this shitshow. I don’t know if I’ll hop onto one of the bandwagons (I always enjoy watching the Chiefs and Titans…I know FTT/FTC but still) or if I will follow Deshaun wherever he goes. Probably both. I’ll always love the city of Houston for being my home, but their football team is not something I will be invested in anymore.

For all the fans willing to stay with the team, you have a much higher tolerance for pain than I ever will, and I give you props for your balls of steel.
