Read MoreI’ve grew up in LA and spent a lot of time in NYC which both have some pretty intense car or streetracing cultures, but I really notice that there are a TON of racers in Houston, like nothing I’ve ever seen before. Everyone is a racer. They are everywhere – racing down the street, meeting up in parking lots, I’ll even drive through random office parks on a Sunday morning and see heavy tire marks in the parking lot with piles of wood/whatnot nearby. There are SO MANY racers.
I’m not complaining, I find it kind of funny, but where does it come from? Even in LA you don’t see this many racers and LA has a pretty heavy history with cars and streetracing and whatnot. You wouldn’t think there would be so many racers in Houston. Just curious how that happened.
