Read MoreHi, I wanted to ask about a few areas im looking to buy home. Im from out of state, although been to Houston i don’t know about porter, or magnolia texas.
Give me the details like school (although I have no kids and single but plan to), crime, stores, mall etc. Are they up and coming?
FYI I prefer to live in the suburbs, and its cheaper which is great. But plan on getting a usda loan which means I’ll be in the sticks. Lastly, how diverse? I don’t want to be the only black person out there.
