best outdoor activities to do in the greater Houston area in light of covid?

Hey, I am going to be visiting my partner near Houston for a few weeks in October. Although we have been dating for years I have barely gotten to do anything, or see anything around Houston. Fall is my favorite time of the year (especially to be outside) and I am really hoping to be able to do some fun and safe outdoor activities during my visit. I was hoping you guys could share some places and green spaces you’ve been enjoying during the quarantine.

Keep an eye out for these companies: A Warning!

I’ve been applying for jobs in town and I’ve had the displeasure of interviewing for one MLM type company and almost interviewed for 2 others. Here are some names you need to keep an eye out for:

*Ready Marketing Group

*Perpetual International Inc.

*Soho Partners

I-5

Shock Houston

(Companies with * are all located in the same office space 5821 SW FWY SUITE 330)

They all have the same vague website layout full of marketing jargon. They all promise in company promotion. They are all new companies from ~2019. No BBB, some have real reviews but most are fake. They only pay commission but promise anywhere from $25,000-$45,000/yr.

Most will be cold call, telemarketing or running kiosks for larger companies. Your pay is based off of how many people you can sign up. You will be a “contractor.” It’s shady and basically is the structure of a pyramid scheme. They poached me off of Ziprecruiter, I didn’t even apply to the job.
