Museum district vs Washington/Sawyer yard?

Hi

I am a single 23 male who is moving to Houston next week from NY. My job is right downtown so I can be flexible with where to live. Right now I i think my favorite two spots I am looking at is the museum district, right across the street from Herman park, or sawyer yard. From what I make sawyer yard is more up and coming and constantly being built now? Museum is more relaxed and chill and quiet? I’m moving alone and it’ll justbe me so ideally, i’d like to have the chance to meet new ppl and be close to grocery stores and most importantly good food. So between those two, are there any major differences?

Thanks!
