Which restaurants are doing things the right way?

We see a lot of attention on bars/restaurants skirting regulations (looking at you Spire and Bisou), but I haven’t seen much about restaurants doing things the right way. Considering we’re in this for the long haul, it’d be good to reward places for taking things seriously. Of course, it’s best for places to stay closed but that’s not realistic for many small businesses. Prior to the lockdown, Axelrad required: RSVPs, masks to enter, temperature upon entry, restricted you to a single table outside, and drinks were brought to your table.
