I work down near the space center and have been thinking about moving closer to downtown but I don’t have a good sense of commute times during rush hour for those areas. Unfortunately Google Maps doesn’t let you look at old traffic estimations so I can see what it was like before the pandemic. Does anyone have a good idea of what the commute would be like coming from the East Downtown area under normal circumstances?

I’m not an art aficionado, or knowledgeable at all in that world. I was gifted a 36″x80″ resin/gemstone artwork several years ago that is now just getting too big to keep and store. The art from this artist has sold in the past for several thousand of dollars. Im not looking to upsell the artwork or have to pay a commission to an art dealer, mainly looking to get some money back for the artwork and maybe sell it to someone in town seeing as how it is a local artist as well. I was wondering if anyone might know of a way I can do this.
