Read MoreHi, so I came back to my hometown (France) around February and I wanted to exchange my driver license that I got in Houston Texas. I don’t know if this is correct, but I need to provide with the exchange form a driving record. The driver license and the driving record have to be translated from english to french. However, I have tried multiple time to get the driving record. First online but apparently I can’t do it through the Texas DPS website since I need a social security number. I got the driver license when I was an international student there. The second and third time, ask my cousin to send the request form with the payment attached to it. She told me that they took the money but I still have no news of my driving record. What else can I do?
