I was wondering if there were any specifically Sardinian restaurants around town. Perhaps, a pan-Italian restaurant with some dishes dedicated to the Sardinian region.

Of the past 5 weeks, we’ve had the trash on our street picked up only twice. Each week, we see the trucks go past our house. They service the streets behind us, the service the streets in front of us. But they speed past our end of the road. Occasionally, they’ve picked up a single house, or half a block of one side of our street. But each other week, our trash is left out on the curb until the literal next trash pickup day a week from today.

I, and multiple other residents have submitted at least a dozen 311 requests. They’ve called in, still the cans sit there for another week. I’ve reached out to our councilperson and all they do is forward my request once again to solid waste management (basically the same thing as submitting 311) and still nothing has changed. I’ve emailed the solid waste management email. They don’t read my messages and ask for the address 3 times even though it was already sent in the first message (or in one case, I gave them the blocks of numbers for our street that didn’t get picked up).

I’m just so frustrated with this. To top it off, we’ve had very spotty recycling service at our address the past year. And I know they’re backed up on tree waste pickup, but ours was supposed to be last week and I think they said we can expect it picked up in two more weeks.

I’m just not sure what else to do now. Our neighbors told us they basically feel like we’re being targeted and I don’t blame them. But it’s 90’s+ with our garbage sitting out on the curb every other week.
