In Spring Branch there were cop cars surrounding a neighborhood near Ridgecrest Elementary off of Hammerly and Ridgecrest. Any one get any reason to why? Someone buys a cheap condo zoned to an excellent school in Spring Branch ISD. They don’t rent out the condo. It is totally empty and they pay all utilities on the property. They actually physically live somewhere else outside of the zoned school boundaries. They may even live outside of the district.
They send their child to the excellent school where their condo is zoned.
Is this not allowed by districts? If it is allowed, is it morally wrong?
