Read MoreLooking at buying a house in the second ward (specifically north of Harrisburg between Milby and Lockwood). Have lived in a few different spots in the inner 610 loop (Washington, Montrose, Midtown, Museum District, Upper Kirby) and am familiar with East Downtown (just not as far east as the area we’re looking at).
