2 nights in Houston, tell me what to do

I know this sounds crazy, but I’m driving from Austin to Houston to get my haircut.. I’m Asian, have typical Asian hair that’s hard to work with and Houston has a bigger Asian community.

Never been, love steak, Italian, sushi – in that order. Only staying for 2 nights, so not much time. I want to try something that Austin doesn’t have. Is there a beach or anything near the beach that’s fun to do?

How’s the zoo? Aquarium?
