2 gals looking to try Hot Pot for the first time!

My friend and I both really want to try hot pot. Is there a place in Houston that’s cool and beginner friendly (affordable is always a plus)? We’re both avid Korean and Asian food fans, so as long as it’s just user friendly we’re pretty open and willing to experiment! I’ve been seeing places that you can make your own base for on TikTok lately.

Any suggestions are welcome! We can’t wait to try it!
