2 days in houston, indian or vietnamese?

Planning to check out mala and san dong noodles, kefita cafe, candente, casaema, pitroom and Pinkerton. I've tried vietnamese and Indian before, love both, but am debating which is worth it if I cant fit it all in my stomach. Hillcroft for indian/paki or vietnamese, possibly a taco truck? Any update to my list or suggestions welcome!! Im staying by montrose
