I'm looking for someone who would like to rent out my unfurnished second bedroom. It comes with a private bathroom. Unit has downtown views, in unit laundry, fully furnished common areas. 2 cats live here so no additional pets please. Be ok with temperature at 72. No smoking! I'll be going back to school in the fall so I need someone who will be very quiet with minimal guests. Rent for the room is $1150 with a $500 security deposit. This includes utilities and internet.
