1st Time Homeowner – Sunnyside

Fellow Houstonians,

I’m entering the last few months of hopefully my last apartment lease. I’m finding a lot of homes that fit my criteria from a cost and distance to work standpoint nearby or directly in Sunnyside.

I remember always hearing about how dangerous Sunnyside were growing up.

Is that still the case?
