We're currently focused in old Cinco Ranch, Kelliwood, Grand Lakes Phase 2, and Fairfield. I just saw Gleannloch Farms in Spring that could be a fit. Any other neighborhoods we should be looking at?

Must haves: 4+ Bed, 3+ bath, 3500+ SQFT, large lot (ideally 10,000+ SQFT), mature trees, great schools
