1929 Po-boy Kitchen brings iconic Louisiana sandwich to Spring

With an original location in Downtown Houston, 1929 Po-boy Kitchen aims to pay homage to the history of the “poor boy” by offering a menu of Louisiana-style po’boys, gumbo, seafood platters and Oxtail Yakamein.
