#18, One huge forehead reason we say FTC
In reading replies recently I saw a younger fan asking why some consider the Colts to be our biggest rivals/team that has brought us the most pain, so I wanted to point out Peytons stats vs the Texans during his reign. The Colts did not consider the Texans as anything during that time, kind of like we look at the Jags right now, but much much worse.
Peyton vs Texans all time
17-3 win record
510/745 completion/attempt
68.45% completion%
48TDs to 8INT
108.9 passer rating
During those times, when you would even bother to watch the games, you would watch Peyton get to the line and say Omaha 10 times and just knew he was going to pick apart our secondary so easily. If you think it is painful to watch us losing in the first/second round of the playoffs, that is nothing compared to the 2000s vs the Colts.
Example article during those times, https://www.chron.com/sports/texans/article/Retiring-Peyton-Manning-tormented-the-Texans-6873447.php
The fact that after Peyton left, they got Luck with the first pick was insane. If Luck was still playing, our division would look much different.
You had to respect his game though, share your favorite/ least favorite Peyton memory.
