14-story office tower in River Oaks sells to JV between Houston, Chile companies
A 14-story office tower in Houston’s tony River Oaks area has been sold to a joint venture between a Houston-based firm and one based in Santiago, Chile.
The River Oaks Banks Building, which is located at 2001 Kirby Drive, sold to a partnership of Houston-based Fuller Realty Partners and Independencia Asset Management for an undisclosed amount, according to a news release.
