12-acre Crystal Lagoon’s opening ‘imminent’ in Houston-area community
Houston-based developer Land Tejas is nearly ready to open its second Crystal Lagoon in the Houston area.
The 12-acre lagoon at Lago Mar, Land Tejas’ master-planned community in Texas City, is complete, but most of the entertainment district surrounding it is not, a spokesperson confirmed. However, “the opening of the lagoon for resident use is imminent” while work on future phases continues, the spokesperson said. An invitation-only preview was held last weekend.
