100K-SF medical office park underway near The Woodlands

Houston-based CMK Real Estate is set to break ground on a 100,000-square-foot office and medical building development in the Woodforest master-planned community.

Phase one of the new development, dubbed Woodforest Professional Plaza at Fish Creek, was designed as a two-story, 50,481-square-foot structure.
