100% Tax Exemption for Harris County 2022?

We purchased our home in January 2021 and we just received this update that our county will be 100% tax exempt for the year 2022.

Has anyone else received this or know why this could be happening?

We live in Harris County – Zip 77091. We are both 31 with no other qualifications met for exemptions that I am aware of.
